Ahhh I don't know why I haven't been drawing this guy since I first made him a while ago but holy crap have I been drawing Surge a shit ton now to make up for it! 8U
I'm actually reallly proud of how his face came out in this one! LIke ffft!
But what has got this poor babis all in pain? Well the collar he has tightened on is from the rp I've been having with another mate!
It wipes the wearer's memory clean over a long period of time. Of course as long as it is on, the person is under complete control and command. I believe the full affects of the memory swipe to happen would take around 6 months? Then it could finally be taken off and VOILA~ You've got a confused amnesia patient to start fresh with!
I don't know still working out bugs with it but I will say that when it's first fastened on, it causes a great deal of pain O.O
